Fundraising doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

It does have to feel authentic.

I help organizations build fundraising strategies and organizational structure rooted in relationships, clarity, and confidence so you’re not just raising money,

you’re building momentum.

Fundraising and leadership is not always easy and pretending that it is helps no one.

I didn’t come to fundraising through a traditional path. I wasn’t handed a playbook or trained to follow a script. Instead, I showed up curious and with a deep respect for the people doing this work every day.

Over time, I learned what actually makes movement work: strong relationships, clear priorities, and the confidence that comes when organizations stop chasing quick fixes and start investing in meaningful connections.

If you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or quietly wondering, “Are we even doing this right?” You’re not alone.

I’ll meet you where you are and help you make sense of what’s already in front of you, then build a path forward that feels realistic, strategic, and, above all, doable.

Ainslie’s expertise in nonprofit leadership is unmatched. She walks the walk and talks the talk, drawing from real experience and a clear understanding of what it takes to lead mission-driven organizations well.

She listens deeply, asks the right questions, and offers just the right amount of guidance - enough to stretch my thinking and grow my skills without ever feeling overwhelming.

Through her mentorship, she has helped me build the confidence and clarity I need to thrive as a museum leader and fundraiser.
